ELIGIBILLITY FOR REFUND

Product Issues: Refunds will only be issued if there is a demonstrable issue with the product that our technical support team is unable to resolve.

Time Frame: Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date.

First Purchase Only: Our refund policy applies to your first purchase of a product only. Subsequent purchases of the same product are not eligible for a refund. 

POST-REFUND PRODUCT USAGE

Upon receiving a refund, you agree to:

Delete All Files: Remove and delete all files downloaded or accessed from our website.

Access Revocation: Acknowledge that your access to the product will be revoked and you will be blocked from further access.

Compliance: Comply with these terms, failing which we reserve the right to refuse the refund and report your account to the relevant parties and vendors.

REFUND PROCESS

To initiate a refund, please:

Contact Support: Reach out to our support team through the designated channel, providing clear and reasonable grounds for your refund request.

Avoid Disputes: Refrain from raising disputes through PayPal/Stripe, as this will result in immediate account suspension and reporting.

However, if you decide to open a dispute instead of contacting us, the process will take up to 1 month!

All refunds are facilitated through the ThriveCart system in maximum 24h.

We do not offer "no questions asked" money back guarantee.

As the item, you are purchasing is digital and there are no physical goods, by delivering or downloading the item you have taken ownership of the item, and we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

If you have technical issues with the product or you can't download the files contact us and we will help you as soon as possible.

DUPLICATE PURCHASE

In the event of a billing error or duplicate billing, we commit to:

Investigation: Thoroughly investigate the matter.

Full Refund: Issue a full refund if the claim is verified and deemed necessary.
